Bio
Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Jagiellonian University in Krakow, he also studied law at Radboud Universiteit Nijmegen in the Netherlands. Advises Polish and international entrepreneurs in the real estate sector. He engages in legal due diligence of real estate, conducts property and company acquisition and disposal transactions, as well as investment portfolio transactions, and prepares corporate structures for real estate investments, both residential and commercial, with a focus on commercial and office properties. Additionally, he advises clients on investment financing, the construction process, and ongoing real estate project management.
