Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. She completed her legal training at the District Bar Council in Warsaw. She gained previous experience in Warsaw law firms and in the legal department of one of the leading companies in the Polish market, where she held the position of head of the corporate law department. She specializes in comprehensive ongoing legal support for business entities, particularly in the areas of company law, mergers and acquisitions. She also has experience in real estate law, with a focus on commercial property leasing.
