Legal due diligence

We thoroughly examine the legal status of real estate before its purchase or sale. We verify land registers, contracts, administrative decisions, and encumbrances. Our goal is to identify legal risks and protect the client’s interests to minimize transactional risk.

We provide advice at all stages of tender procedures - from preparing the specification of essential contract terms (SIWZ), through verifying offers and assessing compliance with legal requirements, to representing clients before the National Chamber of Appeal (KIO) in case of disputes.
