Bio
A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and the Center for English and European Law at the University of Cambridge. A graduate of the Executive MBA at the French Institute of Management. From 2006 to 2011, he worked in the real estate and construction investment department of the Wardyński & Partners law firm. Before founding Dąbrowski and Partners, he collaborated with the Bartosiak & Partners law firm for seven years, including 5 years as a partner. His experience includes real estate acquisition and disposal transactions, leasing, and transactions involving investment portfolios. He also supports clients in creating corporate structures, financing investments, conducts legal due diligence on real estate and companies, and advises on new technologies, contracts, and construction procedures. He collaborates with Polish and foreign entities, including investment funds.
