Łukasz Dąbrowski

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw and the British and European Law Centre at the University of Cambridge. Graduate of Executive MBA at The French Institute of Management. Between 2006 and 2011 he worked in the real estate and construction investment department in Wardyński & Partners law office. Before the establishment of Dąbrowski & Partners, he cooperated with Bartosiak & Partners for seven years, including five years as a partner. He is a specialist in real estate and construction law. He provides legal advice regarding commercial investments, in particular office, hotel, retail centers and other large retail and residential facilities. His experience includes transactions for the acquisition and disposal of real estate, lease and tenancy as well as acquisition and disposal of investment portfolios. Moreover, he supports clients during the process of creating corporate structures, investment financing, conducts due diligence of the legal status of real estate and companies as well as provides legal advice on new technologies, contracts and construction procedures. He cooperates with Polish and foreign entities, including investment funds. He is fluent in English.
