Bio
A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and the Center for English and European Law at the University of Cambridge. Before founding Dąbrowski and Partners, she collaborated with the Bartosiak and Partners law firm for thirteen years, including five years as a partner. She is primarily involved in transactions related to commercial real estate, legal due diligence of real estate and companies, investment financing, construction processes, corporate law, and representing entrepreneurs in both judicial and enforcement proceedings. She advises Polish and foreign entrepreneurs, including investment funds.
