Anna Konopka

Bio

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. She has extensive experience in providing legal advice on real estate matters and investment projects.

She specializes in advising on real estate transactions, including analyzing the legal status of real estate, conducting and coordinating legal due diligence reviews and preparing transaction documentation. She also has experience in drafting and negotiating lease and tenancy agreements, as well as other agreements aimed at securing legal title to real estate for the purposes of investment projects.

Her practice also encompasses issues related to construction law, spatial planning, environmental law and administrative law matters related to the preparation and implementation of investments. She advises on renewable energy projects, including in relation to securing legal title to land, the investment process and project financing. She combines law firm experience with in-house practice.
