Jakub Michałeczko

Bio

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków, who also studied law at Radboud Universiteit Nijmegen in the Netherlands. He advises Polish and international businesses operating in the real estate sector. He conducts legal due diligence on real estate, handles the acquisition and disposal of real estate, companies and investment portfolios, and prepares corporate structures for residential and commercial real estate investments, with particular focus on retail and office properties. He also advises clients on investment financing, the construction process, and the ongoing management of real estate projects.
