Katarzyna Boryń

Bio

A graduate of the Faculty of Law, Canon Law and Administration at the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin. She gained her experience at Warsaw law firms, where she handled legal due diligence on real estate and companies and took part in transaction processes involving the disposal and acquisition of real estate, as well as the acquisition of shares in target companies or organised parts of their enterprises. At the firm she handles real estate audits, with particular focus on title verification, and ongoing legal advisory for businesses.
