Łukasz Dąbrowski

Bio

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and the Centre for English and European Law at the University of Cambridge. He holds an Executive MBA from the French Institute of Management. Between 2006 and 2011 he worked in the real estate and construction investment department of Wardyński i Wspólnicy. Before founding Dabrowski and Partners, he spent seven years with the Bartosiak i Partnerzy law firm, including five years as a partner. His experience covers the acquisition and disposal of real estate, lease and tenancy transactions, and the acquisition and disposal of investment portfolios. He also supports clients in structuring corporate holdings, financing investments, conducting legal due diligence on real estate and companies, and advising on new technologies, contracts and construction procedures. He works with Polish and foreign entities, including investment funds.
