Magdalena Zienkovská

Bio

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the European University of Law and Administration in Warsaw. She specialises in comprehensive legal advisory for businesses, in particular company law, mergers and acquisitions, advisory for non-governmental organisations, and drafting agreements and contracts. Her extensive track record includes structuring companies, foundations and associations, corporate transformations, mergers and demergers, the acquisition and disposal of companies and enterprises, advising on the liability of management and supervisory board members, drafting corporate governance regulations, and safeguarding shareholders' rights. She has prepared legal opinions on the activities of State Treasury companies and expert reports on Polish company law commissioned by the World Bank. She carried out one of the first cross-border mergers of companies in Poland under European law.
