Paulina Radziejewska

Bio

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and the Centre for English and European Law at the University of Cambridge. Before founding Dabrowski and Partners, she spent thirteen years with the Bartosiak i Partnerzy law firm, including five years as a partner. She focuses primarily on commercial real estate transactions, legal due diligence on real estate and companies, investment financing, the construction process, corporate law, and representing businesses in both litigation and enforcement proceedings. She advises Polish and foreign businesses, including investment funds.
