Piotr Ćwiertniewski

Bio

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. He has over a decade of experience advising businesses, including six years as a partner at a renowned Polish law firm. He advises on real estate transactions, in particular office and residential properties. Over the course of his career he has taken part in more than a hundred legal due diligence processes, acting for both purchasers and financial institutions. He provides comprehensive legal advisory for lending institutions entering the market, for building networks that sell financial products, and for electronic sales channels, including regulatory requirements, consumer law and data protection. He also has experience with bond issues and venture capital and private equity transactions. He represents clients in civil and commercial proceedings.
